Rumors about interest of Cupertino company's had been sticking out since last July. And finally, last week, Apple has reportedly reached a deal with PrimeSense.

According to news circulating, the deal has taken place on Friday 22 November, with a price range between USD300-USD350 million."Apple is happy to buy smaller technology companies from time to time. Nevertheless, we generally do not discuss the purpose or plan behind the purchase," said one source of PrimeSense.
Before the groom by Apple, PrimeSense known to have worked on a project called 'Capri' which allows the Kinect sensor to work on smartphones and tablets.
